Redeeming a Special Offer Special Offers have a unique code on them that is used at checkout to identify and apply the offer. On the payment page in checkout, enter the code exactly as it appears in the field provided.  Codes are case sensitive. The Special Offer will reflect on the following page after clicking the "continue" button. If redeeming a "Free Shipping Upgrade" offer, follow all steps as above. You do not need to make any selection in the shipping drop-down field. Your cart will automatically reflect the appropriate shipping upgrade on the following page after selecting the "continue" button. Only one Special Offer will be accepted per order.
