Once you have reviewed the return policy, please fill in the form fields below to begin your return process.  Once we receive your return request, a confirmation and RMA number will be emailed to you within 48 hours.  If you do not receive a confirmation email within 48 hours, please contact customer service.  Returns will not be accepted without return approval.



If we have any further questions regarding your request, you will be contacted before the return is approved.  Gida Bavari has the right to decline any returns that do not meet the requirements as noted in our return policy

Refund and Credit Options


All refunds are automatically refunded back to the purchaser via the original method of payment.  Exceptions may include the following:

If the item you are returning was purchased with a Gida Bavari Gift E-card, a refund for the amount of the return will be credited back to the same gift e-card, or a new e-card may be processed.  The confirmation will be sent via email.  Gift e-cards are non-refundable and can not be replaced.

If you have received this item as a gift, you may request a store credit.  Gida Bavari store credits are issued in the form of a www.gidabavari.com Gift E-card.  If this Gift E-card option is not selected below, the refund amount will automatically be returned to the purchaser.
