Return Policy - Free Return Shipping!

We hope you will be thrilled with your Gida Bavari purchase, but if you are not satisfied, our easy return/exchange process and free return shipping is sure to make your return as hassle-free as possible.  Just be sure to follow these simple steps:

• A full refund or exchange is given on returns made within 30 days of the ship date. Exceptions may include bags purchased via a Special Offer with a give-away. Please read the terms of each Offer at time of purchase.
• Allow up to two billing cycles for credit to appear on credit card.
• All returns must be properly packaged (original packaging is suggested), unworn and in good condition.
• The packing slip or sales receipt must accompany the return to ensure proper credit.
• Refunds will be given based on the purchaser’s original method of payment.  If originally purchased from a Gift Certificate, credit will be reapplied to that certificate or a new certificate will be processed.
• If you are returning an item that was recieved as a gift, a www.gidabavari.com store credit can be requested. Store credits are given in the form of a www.gidabavari.com Gift Certificate.
