We hope you will be thrilled with your Gida Bavari purchase, but if you are not satisfied, our easy return/exchange process is sure to make your return as hassle-free as possible. Account holders (VIP's) receive FREE return shipping on all items purchased with an account.

Please be sure returns meet the simple criteria below:



  • A full refund or even-exchange is given on returns made within 30 days of the ship date. Exceptions may include bags purchased via a Special Offer with a give-away. Please read the terms of each Offer at time of purchase.
  • The simple online Return Request Form must be completed in order to request your return and receive an RMA number. Returns will not be accepted without an RMA.
  • All returns must be properly packaged (original packaging is suggested), unworn and in good condition.
  • The packing slip or sales receipt must accompany the return to ensure proper credit.
  • Refunds will be given based on the purchaser’s original method of payment.  If originally purchased from a Gift E-card, credit will be reapplied to that e-card or a new e-card will be processed.
  • If you are returning an item that was received as a gift, a www.gidabavari.com store credit can be requested. Store credits are given in the form of a www.gidabavari.com Gift E-card.
  • Allow up to two billing cycles for credit to appear on credit
